Initial Pelvic Health Assesment

Description

For new pelvic floor physiotherapy patients, patients who have not been seen in over one year, or patients seeing this pelvic floor physiotherapist for the first time. This appointment includes a detailed discussion of your health history, symptoms and goals, followed by an individualized assessment and treatment when appropriate. Any assessment or treatment will be explained beforehand and completed only with your consent.
